Penetration testing is
the art of attempting to overcome network security, both from the outside
and from within. We will test your systems as if we were a hacker on the
internet attempting to move through your firewall ( you have a
firewall, don’t you
?) and from the inside, as if we had breached the outer defenses and are now
trying to move through your local net. The term is "ethical hacking" ; we
use the same tools as the bad guys, but we leave you with a report and a
more secure system, instead of leaving with your data.
